Problem: The motor makes a noise and turns a little but it does not run.

Solution #1:

NOTE: If your equipment is under warranty please first contact your dealer.

Unplug the machine and remove the covers. Look for any damaged gears or belts. Turn the rollers by hand and check if there is anything keeping them from turning.

Solution #2:

NOTE: THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN ONLY. If your equipment is under warranty please first contact your dealer.

Unplug the machine and remove the covers. Use a voltmeter to diagnose the following in this order:

Step 1.

Test the DC power supply to see if it is supplying the 24VDC to the machine.

The voltage output you read should be slightly higher than 24VDC without load.

If the power supply is sending the 24VDC to the machine, see if the motor is receiving the full 24VDC.

If the power supply is not supplying the proper voltage, replace the power supply.
